Production labs
Give the project a focused place to move forward.
Labs are supervised working sessions for people in the middle of a film. Bring a specific stage: a treatment, a shooting plan, rough cut or sound problem.
Writing lab
Test the short treatment, scene order and the practical reality of what can be filmed.

Production lab
Plan a shoot, divide crew responsibilities and anticipate the decisions a small set will need.
Editing lab
Review a rough cut with a tutor and leave with a smaller, clearer revision task.
Bring a question, not just a project.
A good lab question is specific: “Does the scene change at the right point?” or “What information is missing before this cut?” This lets the tutor and group respond to the work you actually need to do next.
